Ryan W. Griffin

Ryan has been an Attorney at Griffin & Associates, P.A. since 2016, and practices exclusively in Marital and Family Law, including cases involving divorce, paternity, child custody and timesharing disputes, alimony, property division and equitable distribution issues, child support, domestic violence/injunctions for protection, post-judgment modifications, and many other related matters.

Known for his dedication and meticulous approach, Ryan is passionate about helping clients navigate challenging legal situations to achieve favorable outcomes, whether through negotiation or litigation. Ryan utilizes a practical, common sense approach to every case he handles, and provides his clients with full transparency, effective communication, and realistic expectations from start to finish. Ryan is a fierce and skilled advocate in the courtroom, and he will take your case to trial or any hearing if an amicable, fair resolution is not possible. His competitive spirit and winning mentality have been integral to his success, driving him to approach each case with determination and a commitment to excellence.

A 7th generation Floridian and Hillsborough County native, Ryan grew up in the local community and attended Brandon Academy, Tampa Prep, the University of Tampa, and the Florida State University College of Law. He was a five-time State Champion in soccer, and a two-time Florida Player of the Year and Hillsborough County Player of the Year. In college, he won a Sunshine State Conference Tournament Title and reached the NCAA Final 4, NCAA Elite 8, and three (3) NCAA tournaments with the UT Spartans. Ryan is the only UT Men’s Soccer player ever to be honored as a First-Team Academic All-American. Ryan also played semi-professionally for the Portland Phoenix and Orlando City Soccer Club in the USL. Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
